Terms of Use

Effective July 9, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the WhereNxt app, operated by The Hohman Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using WhereNxt, you agree to these Terms.

The service

WhereNxt recommends local "hidden gems" — bars, restaurants, and other spots — based on your situation and mood, and lets you save gems, connect with friends, and share plans.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscription — WhereNxt Plus

• WhereNxt Plus is $1.99/month after a 7-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless changed with advance notice.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (iOS) or the Google Play Store app (Android). Deleting the app or your WhereNxt account does not cancel an active subscription — it must be canceled through the store directly.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Acceptable use

Don't use WhereNxt to harass others, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer

WhereNxt's recommendations are provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of venue information (hours, availability, etc.) — always confirm directly with the venue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hohman Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
