How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → WhereNxt → Cancel Subscription. Canceling stops future billing but keeps your access until the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account, at the bottom of the screen. This permanently deletes your account and everything tied to it — saved gems, friends, activity, and preferences. This doesn't cancel an active subscription; cancel that separately (see above).
Why does WhereNxt need my location?
Your location is used to find gems near you. It's requested directly by your device and is never sold. If you turn on Live Location Sharing (Friends tab), your location is also shown to friends you've connected with, only for as long as you choose to share it.
How does "Find from Contacts" work?
We check the phone numbers in your contacts against WhereNxt accounts so you can find friends who are already on the app. Your contacts are never uploaded or stored — only real matches are shown to you, and no one else can see your contacts. If you add your own number, it's stored only so friends who have you in their contacts can find you too; it's never shown to anyone.
